Our latest work explores the complex interweave of climate change and disability.

Multidisciplinary project A Change in the Climate sees lead artist Liz Crow undertaking a series of performance actions, working in wild landscapes with natural materials to create a series of striking stills and moving image, with complementary sound design and associated texts.

A touring exhibition from spring 2027 will provoke questioning and reflection about what it means to be human in the face of environmental crisis. A companion events programme will be developed with disabled creatives and environmental groups.

Developed in collaboration with photographer Suzie Larke, Black Bark Films, sound artist Nic Allan and curator Aidan Moseby,  A Change in the Climate is a creative contribution to the University of Exeter’s Sensing Climate project researching climate change and disability, led by Dr Sarah Bell and funded via a Philip Leverhulme Prize in Geography.
